The theory of the origin of lasagna comes from an ancient Greek dish. The main theory is that lasagna comes from a flat sheet of pasta dough cut into strips. The word lasagna still used in Greek to mean a flat thin type of unleavened bread.

Easy Italian Turkey Lasagna with Italian Veggies



Ingredients for the easy Italian Turkey Lasagna with Italian Veggies:
  • 1 Lb. or 450 g of ground turkey
  • 1/2 tsp buffalo chicken spice
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup of 1% milk
  • 8 oz Lasagna
  • Cooking Spray
  • 1 tub 1% cottage cheese
  • 1 jar of your favourite pasta sauce
  • 1/4 cup low-fat Parmesan Cheese
Aluminum Foil

Salad
  • 2 Celery Stalks
  • 1/2 Red / green pepper
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Cup washed baby carrots
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

Easy Italian Turkey Lasagna with Italian Veggies per serving:Instructions for Easy Italian Turkey Lasagna with Italian Veggies:
  • Turn oven on!
  • Select your weapon (frying pan)
  • Base frying pan with Olive oil
  • Brown turkey in the frying pan (8 - 10 min)
  • Add curry Powder + pepper + 1 can of cream of mushroom soup + milk = into the browned turkey. Let boil for about 5 to 8 min longer.
  • Prepare a large pot of boiling water, once the water reaches the boiling temperature add the lasagna, cook until tender. (8 to 10 min)

Prepare a large cooking sheet, take tender lasagna and place on cooking sheet. Lay flat and add the turkey from the frying pan. Wrap the noodle around the meat and place in the oven at 375 degrees for 45 min.

Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and allow to cool before serving it up.

Try to place your share buttons in the same areas to avoid confusion- also, consider changing the subscribe gadget to a button(doesnt fit sidebar).
